My stay at Three Seasons Hotel Suites was reasonable for the price. I enjoyed the clean and cozy room layout, particularly the functional design that connected the bedrooms to the living area. However, I was concerned about safety due to the lack of a gate around the indoor pool in the lobby, and there were a few minor inconveniences like unreliable wifi and inadequate kitchen supplies. Overall, it's a good spot if you prioritize value over luxury. 🏨⛷️

Rooms

The room layout was functional and quite comfortable, with good use of space. However, there were no deadbolts to keep younger kids safe at night.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff was helpful, but I encountered several maintenance issues, such as the pool being out of order and the fireplace being locked for years.
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the bus route to the mountain and town, although it’s not quite walkable with all ski gear.
Dining
5.0
Dining options are limited, but the availability of grilled dishes could be an advantage for some guests.
Facilities

The indoor pool situation was disappointing as it was out of order, and there was no ice machine. It could use some attention.

I had a mixed experience at the Three Seasons Hotel Suites. The location was great for accessing nearby activities, but some significant issues with service and room quality really let my stay down.

The room layout was functional enough, but I faced issues like lights not working and the lack of a deadbolt for security, which was concerning with younger kids around.

The service was disappointing. There was no one to address noise complaints, and I found the emergency number ineffective when I needed assistance.

The hotel's proximity to the ski lifts is nice, though it’s not exactly close enough to walk comfortably with all my gear.

I had a reasonable stay at the Three Seasons Hotel Suites during my ski trip to Crested Butte. The location is quite good, being close to the ski lifts, although it wasn't easy to walk there with all my gear. I appreciated the spacious common areas and the indoor pool, but I did find some issues with the room layout and service during my visit.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are functional and reasonably modern, although the layout feels a bit strange with the entrance directly into the bedrooms. The Apartment with Balcony has ample space for four, though it feels a little cramped for six.
Service
6.0
While I found the front desk staff to be approachable, my overall service experience was mixed. I had an issue with uncomfortable beds and some noise from neighbors that wasn't addressed.
Location
7.0
The location is a highlight, being close to the ski lifts. However, I wish it was walkable with all my skiing gear.
Dining
7.0
I didn't explore dining options much, but I do recall there being freshly baked bread available in common areas.
Facilities

The large common areas and the indoor pool were enjoyable, but I was concerned about safety due to the lack of a gate to prevent kids from accessing the pool area without supervision.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location of Three Seasons Hotel Suites is fantastic, being close to the ski lifts and the town. However, I faced significant issues with the room switch upon arrival, and the comfort of the beds was lacking. Overall, while some aspects were reasonable, the service I encountered was disappointing.

Rooms

The room I received was functional and reasonably modern, but the layout was odd with the entrance directly into the bedroom. Plus, I felt cramped with six people in a space meant for four, and there were no deadbolts to secure the door.
Service
5.0
The service left much to be desired. I was switched to a poor room without warning and received no compensation. I also struggled to get help when I called the emergency number.
Location
7.0
The location is convenient, just a distance from the ski lifts and close to downtown, but it’s not really easy to walk with ski gear.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and I noticed the kitchen in my unit lacked enough cooking supplies for a proper meal.
Facilities

The large common areas were nice, but the indoor pool situation raises concerns for safety, especially with kids. and there were issues with the Wi-Fi.

My stay at Three Seasons Hotel Suites was decent for the price. I really appreciated the quick shuttle service to the mountain and found the rooms to be clean and functional. However, the indoor pool was out of order during my visit, and I had some safety concerns with the lack of deadbolts on the room doors, especially with kids. Overall, it’s a good value if you’re not looking for luxury.

Rooms
6.0
The layout of the rooms was interesting with separate bedrooms connected to the living area. I found it functional and cozy, making good use of space.
Service
5.0
While the front desk staff were approachable, I experienced some safety concerns regarding the lack of deadbolts on the doors. Additionally, the emergency contact number was not responsive when needed.
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski lifts, though it's not quite a walkable distance with all my ski gear. It is, however, easy to access transportation to the town and mountain.
Dining
5.0
While I didn't dine at the hotel, the location provided easy access to nearby dining options.
Facilities

The indoor pool was out of order during my stay, which was disappointing. I also noticed the fireplaces have been closed off for years, which was an odd experience.
